These terms govern the rights and obligations of users of the community portalPlzeňskéKapely.cz. By registering on the portal, you agree to comply with these rules.

2. User Content

As a user, you are fully responsible for the content you upload to the platform (texts, photos, comments). Copyright-infringing content, hate speech and spam are prohibited.

3. Community and behavior

PlzeňskéKapely.czis a safe space for all musicians and fans. We reserve the right to delete accounts of users who disrupt the community or offend other members.

4. Final provisions

The operator reserves the right to modify these conditions at any time. You will be notified of significant changes.

5. Reporting content and moderation

We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behaviour. Any post or comment can be reported directly in the app or on the website; we review reports typically within 24 hours and remove objectionable content. You can block any user who is harassing you — their posts and comments will no longer be shown to you. Repeated violations lead to account termination.
